Esta mañana salida tempranito para Sant Cugat, para quedar con unos amigos de allí y hacer una salida larga. Hemos empezado a las 7:40, no muy convencidos por el cielo gris que teníamos encima nuestro, pero como buenos deportistas, hemos tirado.
Por motivos de agenda de uno de ellos y por el machaque que tenía mi compi Quim (27km de running el dia anterior), hemos acortado la salida. A los 50km nos hemos vuelto.
En el km 65 nos ha empezado a caer un pedazo de chaparrón que nos ha dejado empapados. Ahí ha sido cuando ha empezado la vuelta más agónica desde que salgo en bici. Temblando de frío por estar empapado, con las gafas que me las he tenido que quitar para poder ver algo...en fin, que si no cojo una pulmonía hoy no la cojo nunca. Al final han salido 84km.
He llegado a Barna y ya hacía sol, así que he salido a correr. 1h24min - 16km.
Y luego a perrear y descansar en casa....
